Strategic Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Policies: Pathways to Organizational Success

Mr.K.Ashok Kumar, Mrs.R.Martina Jency and Dr.K.Sarulatha Published on : 2025-08-27 Strategic Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Policies: Pathways to Organizational Success

This study explores talent acquisition strategies implemented by organizations across various industries and sectors, with a focus on their alignment to organizational objectives, compliance with legal frameworks, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Adopting a qualitative research methodology, the research draws upon an extensive review of existing literature and case studies to examine the effectiveness and implications of different recruitment approaches. The findings highlight a range of proactive and reactive strategies, including talent pipelining, employer branding, succession planning, job advertisements, employee referral programs, and collaboration with recruitment agencies.

The integration of advanced technologies—particularly artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics—has transformed recruitment practices, enhancing efficiency, reach, and candidate engagement. At the same time, technology adoption raises challenges linked to data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency. The paper discusses ethical considerations related to the responsible and equitable use of technology in recruitment, stressing the need for proactive measures to prevent biases and ensure fairness. Overall, the research reinforces the strategic value of aligning talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals and diversity agendas to strengthen competitiveness and long-term success.
