The rapid evolution of digital technologies has transformed traditional recruitment into a dynamic, technology-driven process. This paper introduces HireLance, an intelligent online recruitment platform designed to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers through advanced matching algorithms, streamlined application workflows, and data-driven decision support. The platform leverages web-based technologies and structured database management to facilitate efficient candidate filtering, real-time communication, and transparent hiring processes. This study presents the system architecture, core functionalities, implementation methodology, and performance evaluation of HireLance. The proposed platform demonstrates significant improvements in recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and employer satisfaction compared to conventional methods. Experimental results indicate a reduction in timeto-hire by approximately 40% and an improvement in candidate-job fit accuracy by 35%, affirming the effectiveness of the platform in modern human resource management.
