Event planning is a complex and multifaceted domain that requires seamless coordination between customers, vendors, and administrators. Traditional event management approaches often rely on fragmented systems and manual processes, leading to inefficiencies and communication gaps. This paper presents a comprehensive web-based platform named “Event Organizer and Vendor Collaboration Platform” designed to streamline event organization through a centralized digital environment. The platform is developed using React (v19) with TypeScript and Vite, incorporating modern software engineering practices including component-based architecture, role-based access control, dynamic budget tracking, and vendor marketplace integration. The system implements three distinct modules serving customers, vendors, and administrators, enabling event creation, vendor selection, quotation management, guest coordination, and comprehensive budget monitoring. This paper discusses the architectural design, technical implementation, key features, and the roadmap for backend integration and production deployment. The platform demonstrates how modern web technologies can be leveraged to create scalable, user-friendly solutions for complex real-world business problems.
